  3. Having reviewed the engineering plans, I don’t recall any sediment being removed, just moved to point/gravel bars adjacent to deeper water areas. There was to be no fish habitat additions. For the life of me, I will never understand why we remove dams for native fish passage in NJ but fail to add the habitat they need. Far too many engineers that have zero idea what that is and how to create it.
