He hasn't been hunting. Judging from his behavior and his sire's behavior I think he could be a hunting dog. The sire wants to retrieve non stop. Reminds me of my first lab.

You need to put a mark on the tree to see how big they are.

Called in a hen, with a nice longbeard in tow, for my friend but he got a little trigger happy and shot when he was a little out of range and clean missed. Shame as the hen was pissed and coming straight in like she was on a string and the longbeard didn’t have a care in the world as he was focused on the hen.

I got out this morning in zone 9, I heard some gobbles kind of far away, after they came off the roost they never made another sound. I will be having cooked to perfection braised tag for dinner.

Nice mounts. I have a couple of euro mounts, some with the bottom jaw and some without, I definitely like the ones with the lower jaw better.

My neighbors have a two year old black lab they need to find a home for. He's a great looking dog. They bred and sold him and the buyers moved and can't take him. He is house broken. They have AKC papers for him. He is free to a good home. If I didn't already have a lab, I would take him. I work too much to have two dogs. They have the sire and brother of this dog if anyone wants to come take a look. They owners don't seem to be computer savvy, so I'm trying to help them find a good home. Again, this is a great looking dog. The sire and brother are really good looking as well. Located in Jackson, NJ.

Keep us posted on how you do. If you ever need another guy or 2 to offset gas and bait let me know. Would like to get more experience on offshore fishing. Went out couple of time tuna fishing, but always on the troll, I would love to jig , chunking etc
