  2. Very lightly used 1100 12 ga see pictures located in Livingston ffl on buyer $750.00
  3. No your missing the point . When bass are on the feed , eating bunker . they will readily eat anything that mimics that bunker also
  4. Mine are always 72.5 inches. Lucky I guess.
  5. MGHUNTER66 only uses mop flies, as he says they are the most traditional fly you can use.
  6. I think you are missing the point. If you gave a rod to 10 average fisherman and one of the ten was using a live bunker (when there are bunker around), it is likely the stripers will eat the live bunker over an artificial. You can disagree or argue, but stripers will pick the live bunker over a spoon or shad most times. I know if I was a betting man, I would pick the live bunker if money was at stake in a bet. Generally speaking, live bunker is best. I didn't say you Vs. another........you quite possibly could out fish others with artificials. You may be better than others fishing an artificial bait and could catch more than another fishing live bunker. As I stated above, my buddy who I tuna fish with in Cape Cod is on the water EVERYDAY bass fishing from May 15 - Aug 15 and he will out fish 99 out of 100 people. So I understand you are confident in yourself and you may out fish most using artificial bait. However, generally speaking; bass will be more willing to take a live bunker.... I am far better at tuna fishing than bass fishing. I can out jig most, NOT ALL. I spent lots of time doing it. That being said, I have fished many trips where the tuna would not touch a jig. All they wanted was bait OR vice versa.
  7. Sorry guys but I hate Euro nymphers almost as much as center pinners. If you’re going to run mono just fish a noodle rod and admit you’re not fly fishing
  8. Me and my buddy Snoopy pray for your pup.
  9. So sad to hear, hoping for the best turnout for you both
  10. I say the opposite I've seen more birds this year than the past few. But they keep getting henned up
  11. Today
  12. I liked to hear about his hunts and his knowledge of how he worked birds. But I agree the numbers are definitely down and I hunt zone 14.
  13. I took them home them all home last year. They guard my house.
  14. Beautiful dog, sending prayers your way.
  15. My prayers are with you for your dog hope everything works out
  16. I remember years he killed 8 or 10. It's been slow for him the last couple years, the numbers just aren't there in his neck of the woods like in the past.
  17. I hunted the first three days of A week in zone 8, didn’t hear a gobble till the third morning. If GG is having trouble killing a bird, the rest of us are in bigger trouble!
  18. Agree,,,,,,best way to eat. I make trout cakes as well with the smoked trout
  19. That's what I originally thought, but before I started making jokes, I wanted to make sure I'll pray for him anyway, because everyone knows there's no more turkeys up north. He's probably up there right now walking in a circle wondering what happened, where'd they all go?
  20. I bought two of their premade ones a couple of weeks ago. In fact, I have a package from them coming today. I had some good luck with their double trouble fly a few days ago.
  21. Rough go as in can’t find turkeys
