    INTERFERENCE... I HAD A GOBBLER COMING IN FROM 200 YARDS AWAY. HE CLOSED TO LESS THEN 80. I AM CUTTING + YELPING LOUD. DAMN TUBE,I THINK SHUT THE GOBBLER DOWN. I HEAR THE CALLING GOING AROUND MY RIDGE. I SEE 2 GUYS AND CALL OUT-- HUNTER. THEY TALK FROM 40 YARDS AWAY AND WE L MAKE EYE CONTACT. THEY PICK A DIFFERENT CLOS BY PLACE AND START CALLING AGAIN. What the F@#! LOOKED LIKE 2 YOUNG PUNKS. SILENCE FOR 5 MINUTES AND MY GOBBLER COMES IN SILENT TO ME. I AM STANDING NEXT TO A TREE. SO RATTLED,I CLEAN MISSED OVER THE TOP... Just sitting in the woods now

    The TLDR: average time for most ptc applicants is around 60 days which is insane. Some folks going past 120 days. For such an expensive fee you would think it would be faster. I agree with the authors closing statement, permitting schemes are infringements. But going from basically impossible a few years ago to being expensive and time consuming now is still an improvement
