  1. Past hour
  2. I'm missing out right now with no smoker lol I ahve noticed Costco sells big bags of traegar pellets and a kirkland brand which im sure is made by either traegar or another reputable manufacturer
  3. Yes creamy peanut butter, by morning the ants normally have eaten it. I'm still not sure if they are moles or voles
  4. Reinforcements will be on the way! I plan on being up there for one or more of the muzzy days. I have my own spot I was planning on hunting, but I'll touch base with @Bucksnbows and @Rusty when it gets closer and if there is an empty chair up there in one of their spots, I could go there.
  5. Perfect ! It’s simple . You’ll be in and out in no time.
  6. Today
  7. I wanted to get a 60” bass for my 60th but got very close but not quite to my first 50” bass. Probably my personal best though, have gotten several up to 47" the past two falls in ocean on bunker, this was longer, i need to bring a better tape measure. Slow trolled some eels out in ocean with @Buck154 Saturday and also did some fluking inside bay. We landed 3 cows had one broke 40# leader between the knots must have been chafed from the biggest one I got first and never checked. Rookie mistake. Had 5 other hard runoffs that did not commit and were gone before we got to the rod. Fluking was very slow inside bay we managed half a limit and about 16 shorts. IMG_6028.mov
  8. Several years ago, I had a mole infestation in my backyard. I did exactly what you did. I would put those traps near their holes and cover them with a 5-gallon bucket or even a old paint roller tray. I took out something like 10 of them. I couldn't believe how many there were. But eventually I got them all and they never came back. You could try a GopherHawk, but for the price, you could buy a bunch of mouse traps for the price of one of these: https://gopherhawk.com/ (I do not have one of these; mouse traps worked fine for me).
  9. In and out of pike county sheriffs office this morning in 10 minutes . That was for two people also . It all should be this easy .
  10. This is my 6th mole trapped this spring. They are out of control for some reason. They are smart and get trap shy. Have to keep moving them to fresh holes. Has anyone used the traps that you put above their tunnels ?
  11. Bears are the new big buck. Happy birthday, Jack.
  12. Thanks. 60 is the new 59!
  13. Happy Birthday Jack…
  14. 60?? Can death be far behind? Happy birthday, buddy. Hope it was a great one.
  15. Having reviewed the engineering plans, I don’t recall any sediment being removed, just moved to point/gravel bars adjacent to deeper water areas. There was to be no fish habitat additions. For the life of me, I will never understand why we remove dams for native fish passage in NJ but fail to add the habitat they need. Far too many engineers that have zero idea what that is and how to create it.
  16. we will but we need help from our southern brothers to hunt these SOBs
  17. NJ does not allow for any uncontrolled sediment releases into any river or stream. Just so everyone knows.
