I guess I will find out after filing a complaint w DEP. If a Twp bought land w green acres funds and the contract doesn’t specifically prohibit hunting…I don’t think they can put up no hunting signs.

No need to recognize my birthday. Just another day although I’m happy to still be standing after beating cancer number two recently. But thanks for the thoughts.

Feeling good, but a little beat up from MMA last night. Another 90 minutes of jiu jitsu... May try to squeeze in a lifting session today, but there are some school activities that I need to be a part of and they could go as late as 7:30 or so, so my entire day is basically up in the air. I may just try to squeeze in some pushups, squats and chinups whenever I can.

Those fraudulent posted signs especially on county properties are the competition and/or anti hunters of some type trying to discourage you from entering what they believe is their sanctuaries ! I use ONX Hunt which is updated regularly at what intervals I'm not certain ...... it appears to be extremely accurate after comparing it to other mapping systems how accurate I'm not certain . A large tract of county property that is clearly not private on any map contains new standard yellow posted signs just signed 24-25 season this occurs regularly and I cover a lot of woods scouting ..... whats crazy it contains blinds, cameras, feeders and stands. These are not Green Acre Tracts but I walk a lot of them too and not all of them allow hunting access you can get email contacts to confirm if hunting is allowed on those tracts, and they will answer your inquiries as they have in the past ! A lot of sketchy scenarios occur especially as the demand for limited hunting properties increase, we like to refer to this as Local Yocal Land Leasing ..... this is not to offend anyone just the truth, it goes on more then you would like to think ! You were told wrong, You will loose that battle, green acre funds are used to purchase all kinds of property, and don’t mean hunting is allowed, the seller plays a part in what they want to see done through a contract, also depends on what kind of acquisition it was and who was involved, a lot of times green acre funds are used but the county/Twp/ njcf/ etc.. is managing agency of the property,

The biggest problem with internet performance is tracking not to sound paranoid but when they say you are being watched it's no joke, you have no idea how in depth tracking goes, I use Bitdefender for all my security needs if you ever look at a tracking report it's insane the number of tracking incidents that are reported !
