  2. I got one hunter and friend from Connecticut interested in bear hunting here, they said about 4 hr one way trip to Stokes, so they said they can do once per week baiting together...they will make a decision soon
  3. I do too. Can only guess how much good it does but it's a good way to use the skins. I don't see any negative effects so WTH.
  4. I make a banana skin “tea” and pour that around my tomatoes.
  5. heading to alaska for 2 days halibut and 2 days on the rivers june 20
  6. Big mistake I made last year. Put trout heads under/by each tomato plant. All were dug up that night. Put out the trap and caught a racoon the next day. I won't put fish in the garden again.
  7. Eggshells work great to stop blossom rot on tomatoes. I put it down every year, crushed up around the base of the plant. I'm told the calcium helps out.
  8. I also Have Racoon Crap, Possum Crap, Squirrel Crap, Fox Crap, Bird Crap and the occasional deer crap and I live is a residential area WTF. I do fertilized with with the carcasses of the critters I catch

  12. I constantly see articles about using various things in the garden like Baking Soda, Epsom Salt, Hydrogen Peroxide. Eggshells, and others. What do you use, in addition to organic fertilizer, in the garden?

  14. I had halibut for the 1st time Saturday night, I can't belive I waited this long to try it!! Delicious. Can we catch these northeast??? Off Maine ??
  15. Monday afternoon Rob and I hit the river . lots of nice roe . still fresh and not spawned out
  16. Sunday was sea bass Tracey and I ran out for a few hours in the afternoon jig bite was ridiculous for 3 hours non stop fish .
  17. Saturday headed to a local Connecticut lake with Rob to fish for crappie and bass crappie bite was super boating approx 140 through the day bass bite was slower but still had a pick of both bronze and green backs
