  1. Past hour
  2. Congrats Mike. Nice bird
  3. had 8 gobblers this morning thought we knew where they were apparently not walked right under them roosting, hens putted non stop along with the toms staying in the tree until 7 am with only a few flying down, once the rest flew down we had our chance at a double but my buddy couldn’t get on his one bird, later on I called this Jake in to end the hunt
  4. Just an FYI, there are wild pigs in Gloucester County. The hunting regs actually have the seasons and bag limits for them.
  5. A bird, any bird has got a 50:50 chance at dying any given day at any point in its life from birth til however old it is. Has nothing to do with gender.
  6. Pics aren’t great but it was near a pond bank.
  7. Today
  8. Picked this up in a bunch of small parts off marketplace. It’s missing the nock receiver as well as the X Stand holder. Figure it might be useful as an extra vane clamp to someone who has this jig already. Free picked up in Clifton
  9. Just finished up in Wayne county pa fly fishing by our campground. Hit em good on nymphs all day!
  10. USED JD #TY26070 ULTRA SURFACE POLISH BRINGS BACK THE COLOR PRETTY WELL FOR ONLY ONE PASS. WILL GIVE IT ANOTHER END OF SEASON.
  11. Now that looks like fun!!!
  12. I agree its and exorbitant amount of money however I'd rather see it spent on something like this where there is maybe some educational benefit, a permanent structure that will be around a while rather than on some of the pet pork projects our tax dollars are spent on that have no tangible results but many pockets get lined.
  13. Cool! Sounds like fun!! And I’m sure the Forestry Center does a great job with the kids!! But $2.6 million bucks is a lot of tax dollars for hay rides n tractors!
  14. Well,I had quite the Morning. Cynthia was set up in a Gully over a 1/4 mile away. She had around 6 Deer with knobs on their heads around her. A Doe came in close- too close - then a Hidden Fawn close to Cynthia pooped on out and went to the Doe. She never heard 1 Gobble. Meanwhile,I was way up high and heard 6. -- 3were close at around 80 yards each. 11 oclock, 3 oclock and directly behind me. And never saw a face. Later,I had a 1 hour duel with a Gobbler. Gave him everything you can think of. Cutting on a Wingbone almost worked. On the way out we saw a Woman walking a beautiful Black German Sheppard. We will do a Double Team tomorrow. I will drop back 60 yards behind Cynthia and do the Calling up where,I was this Morning. Maybe ,I can get one as well later on. Anyway- 0 for 12 Mornings and having a blast.
  15. Just purchased in January of 2024. Left handed HHA Optimizer Lite X. Brand new just not what I am looking for with my set up. Comes with sight tapes that were unused. Sight DOES NOT come with sight light as shown in photos. $170.00 OBO. Located in North Jersey.

  17. Sometimes those school busses come in over the bridge and when they have events there and hay rides they have tractors towing trailers loaded with adults and children back and forth to events soon both sides of the bridge. Check t out: https://www.nj.gov/dep/parksandforests/forest/education/frec.html
