Anyone else not see a buck they want to shoot yet?

I agree.  Have to get them in the first week or two.  After that might not be until the rut or later.

I had one big 8pt shooter on camera one day and night then gone. Has been a month since then.  Hopefully get a picture later of him to confirm he is still alive and around.  Have another good 8 that is mature 4.5-5.5 but not really sure I want to hunt him. Hope something good shows or ai find one .

Just about everyplace I scouted this year and hung a camera showed some good bucks.  The few that didn't will be my EAB go to spots.  Still have 3 cameras out on trails and over scrapes in other areas that need to be pulled out before the season.  Not messing with cameras when I'm hunting.  Not picky over rack size that much either, but it's nice to go after the big ones

I’d love to hunt this guy. He lives on my buddies property. His wife has a name for him and has names for a couple bucks close to his size. So it’s not gonna happen. I’ve watched him grow for a few years. Sad he probably will get harvested on a property near by.
