Growing up as a kid living in an Italian town. There was a guy that had that stuff he drove around in an old Chevy panel truck yelling Tripe a da.No thank you sir.I'm waiting for the Good Humor man.lol

Never had but would try it.  Tripe is good when cooked properly too.  Head cheese rocks and so do pig’s cheeks.  If you are going to kill it then why not use it?

I’ve eaten it many times but unfortunately my grandmother and aunt who use to cook it has since passed. So not sure if I can convince my wife to prepare it. 🤣🤣

The old timers used to eat it years ago when I was a kid. I never tried it and never will.

I never ate it.... But I remember my Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles  having it when I was a kid.. I remember me and my cousins running away from it! Lol!!
