So are we felons now?

Recommended Posts

Here's a question, so you get your magazines pinned and you have them in your safe. Police come to your door and ask you about blah blah blah and I get that you do not have to answer them at all from what I gathered from the posted twitter link, would you say hey, I have them pinned and I will show you just to avoid a search warrant at a later date? Theoretically speaking that is does happen.

if they are thinking of  knocking on doors or search warrents to enforce whats the chances this will end in someone getting shot. yeah i know  i know just comply  but these LEOs will be coming out on edge already knowing guns are involved doesnt have to be you that does anything..

So has there been any kind of lawsuits made yet for this?

Yes.

The latest ruling was a joke.  The dissent is a better read.  This is going to the SCOTUS as are many of NJ's gun laws.

Sapere aude.

Audeamus.

When you cannot measure, your knowledge is meager and unsatisfactory.

Brought my 15 round mags to my sister in PA and bought new 10 round ones for my hand gun. $80 is a lot cheaper than a felony charge. Not worth the headache in my opinion although I don’t agree with the law of course.

We have to understand, believe and accept there is no support by the current NJ state gov't to uphold the 2A in any way. The goal is to severely limit the ownership of ANY firearm for any purpose and restrict the 2A in any way they can. Your "privilege" to hunt with a firearm is of no concern and eventually that privilege will be severely restricted as well.   Our only hope are the red states and their ability to keep the senate in republican hands and keep more restrictive federal laws from being passed.

One way or another, this state needs to become republican again. I have no idea how or when this will happen either

Exactly, NJ is a lost state and will most likely always be Democratic
