How to avoid CRAMPS… ???

Recommended Posts

Well this hasn’t happened in a while. But yesterday I had 3 tree jobs we did the 2 smaller ones first, and a medium sized job for last it was about 11am…

I immediately felt drained as I started dragging the job really kicked my butt..

I get home shower to cool off and my forearms start cramping I get out my legs started cramping first my left then my right…

and for the first time ever I felt like my back was gonna cramp up it was horrible… turned 51 in may I haven’t been taking any vitamins….

took the day off today because legs are sore as hell…

what are some of the remedies to avoid this

besides the obvious of being hydrated

Once you start cramping you’re kinda stuck in the moment, short of a quick line and bag. I dehydrate easily because I don’t drink much when I’m at work. I’ve tried a few of the hydration packs. This one works the fastest and the best for me on those hot and heavy exhausting days.
