Burpee had put gourd seeds in with my zucchini seeds one year.  They screwed up a couple things the last few years so I bought a different brand seed this year, redish package

I bought for years from burpee and it's like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get.When I had plots.My new crop's came from  ....

1st pic is from late spring when i built it. 2nd pic is from this past week...we're just about done with our first round of vegetables. starting our 2nd now. 1st round we didnt get much, but its a learning process

Pt lumber isn't good because of the chemicals in it. Should line it or let it dry out for a year or 2.

Dug up half the potatoes.  Getting too hot now to do the rest

But maybe line the inside wood w tyvek or sumtin if u used pressure treated wood....not worth any risk w the kids.

But you get them long before we do up here.  Catbird sampled half of mine.   They went to the chickens.  Still have a lot on the vine, but have to pick them early before the catbird does.

Mine were bad this year. I'm pretty sure it was from the black weed guard. To many very hot sunny days burned them up. Got some but nothing like the past. And I have used the black weed guard before.

I have a load of tomatoes but have been waiting forever for them to color, still green WTF! Also my cucumbers just started where in the past I have had more than I could handle. Weird year so far. Had awesome harvests of garlic,eggplant, squash, potatoes and jalepenos but a lot of other plantings suffered

My Tomato plants are tapped out. I had three varieties and they all ripened at the same time over a three week period.

Everyone's gardens look good. Ive had alot of peppers and tomatoes lately and a few huge zuchini. Later This week I should have over a dozen huge eggplants ready to go they are pretty big already

I'm going to cut up and "Can" these tomatoes for future sauce this weekend, I should end up with a few jars.👍
