Pulled into my buddy's driveway .

Put keys on dash in case they needed to move it .

Got out and must have hit lock button .

Been a cold sit without a jacket . But now in blind with bow. Gobblers calling about 150 yards out.  Will see what rest of morning brings .

Good luck birds are fired up this morning.  Nothing worse than locking your keys in the truck.  Hipefully it all works out for ya

that was my only disappointment with my new F-150.   Old style key, not keyless ignition like my jeep was an my benz is.   You can't lock your keys in if you try with that system, it won't let you.  So - it's inevitable that this will happen to me - probably during shad tournament. Hopefully not with boat on ramp!   LOL

Your truck doesn't have key pad ? 

Thought most fords had them

oh right!  DUH.    yeah I actually memorized the code already.   Phew!   

See you shoulda had a FORD, all that extra HP does you no good if you are locked out!

Good luck Hammer. I didn't hear a peep this morning at the property I hunt and I am probably not going back there. I have one other spot I am going to look at and if nothing is there it is time to get the boat ready.

There has to be some place to hid a key on a pick up truck. I have locked myself out a dozen times over the years, but always had a spare hidden

When we hunt in northern NH, we always leave a spare key with the gas cap.  Put the key in on top of the cap, close the fuel door and we're good.

And I always carry two sets of keys:  one I carry with me, and one I leave with the truck.

Wow that sucks but at least you had action the birds I had picked out decided to not talk today nothing not a peep all morning they have been showing all last week but today NADA!! Did have a lone hen come in and hang for a while.

At least you heard and saw something.  I had the farmer come spreading horse shYt in front of me at 50 yds at 7:15.  Didn't see or hear anything.  The keypad has saved me once or twice.
