Lent - What did you give up ?

All sweets whether that be cake, cookies, ice cream or coffee creamers etc.  I still eat sugars but in a more natural form such as fruits.  
 

was 222lb in late January now I’m 207.  That’s with minimally regulated diet and daily exercise(light nothing wild).  
 

my body type grabs hold of the sugars and puts them straight to my gut.
