Wings in Nashville hot with honey sauce.

Pufferfish with Garlic Parmesan

Frog Legs Naked just seasoned flour dip if prefer

Venison jalapeno bites inner loin with cream cheese and pepper jack with jalapeno wrapped in beacon and done on smoker and basted with a sweet and spicy sauce, horseradish sauce for dipping just adds to it.

The game and everything behind it sucks but watching for free on the antenna and having some great food.

We will just pick all afternoon and evening. Wings done two ways, bear meat nachos, and smoked trout plus a cheese platter and veggies and dip.

Soul food!  My buddy and I are doing fried chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, ribs and pork chops.  Collards are done, chicken was brined, dried and dusted last night, cheese sauce was made yesterday as well.  I'm lighting my smoker at 11.  Ribs are ribbed with s/p/garlic/onion, chili flakes, cumin, chili powder, brown sugar and coffee.  Will be smoked over hardwood lump and pecan wood.  Pork roast was ribbed with s/p/g/o/brown sugar and raw cacao powder.  Smoked whole over hardwood lump and cherry wood.  I'll slice and sear off the chops to order

We cooked a turkey yesterday and will have sliders, wings ,homemade oil fried fries and snacks; oh and plenty of alcohol .

Pork’s been brined in root beer, onions, garlic, s&p.  current temp 165

Huge pot of meatballs , susage,  garlic bread for 5pm.

Wings, and classic Italian food pick on's throughout the day.

Couple bottles of red wine that I really enjoyed when in Tuscany over the summer,  had a case shipped,  .

I'll be regretting this tomorrow morning
