Otter log crossing

Recommended Posts

That's cool. I love watching otters. This past waterfowl season, during two hunts, I saw otters swimming in the waters I was hunting. One time I had a pair visit my decoys for a few minutes. Pretty awesome. It's seeing things like this that makes hunting and scouting and putting trail cameras out fun.

Cool but not uncommon.  They are mostly nocturnal.  Just uncommon out in daylight.  I have 3 on video at once this year. Trail camera I set just for them.

I would never want to snare one on dry land either. In another state I would have that set with a coni knowing there was an otter using it
