Spicy Pheasant Tenders

Cooked up a batch of spicy pheasant tenders from a recent hunting trip. Cut the pheasants into strips and marinated in butter milk, a hot sauce, salt and pepper for a couple of days. Coated in a dry mix of flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking soda. Fried to 165 degrees. Pretty tasty.
