Good question.  I've never tried this before so I made a lot of mistakes and there were a lot of redo's, so it took a lot longer than it should have.  Just the silly wire frame took 3 nights, I had to throw the first 2 attempts in the garbage.     

 

I started the first week of February so it took a month, start to finish.  If I had to guess I would say 40 - 50 hours total.
