Bear Hunting

The biggest problem with guy's hunting Bears is how the heck  do i get it out of the woods.  The issue why i never hunted them .  If some young entrepreneur  would provide a service to get the bear out  of the woods.  I think he  would  make a killing.  lol

This is true. I would like to try it next year, but that’s the one thing I keep thinking about on state land.

You need one or to friends willing to help. Is much easier for two people to do it

Bear recovery service 

Young ambitious entrepreneur with permission to use atv on wma for bear retrieval 

Along the lines of starting a landscaping business and offering bear retrieval 

Already having trailer and equipment 

This would encourage more bear hunting for sure

Because bear retrieval is the only reason why I won’t ever bear hunt again lol

Come on???!!! We used a quad. It wasn't a bad recovery at all...

Drone bear recovery. Like an Amazon delivery. Flies into your coordinates. You hook it up. Flies out to your truck coordinates and gently places it in the bed of your truck.

Shoot a 200lbs bear put it in a sled and drag it out granted it was a few years back but my bear was 204lbs and 1.5 miles in, in the sled not much difference from dragging a big deer.

A lot of guys lack bruit force and ignorance,  I'm over flowing with it lol

I would love to get a bear where I hunt. There is no possible way. I would get him out of the woods by myself. You need a 4 Wheeler, unfortunately. I had 2 bears at 80 yd yesterday.

250 is easy.    Move 450.   Totally different.    
 

i got 3. My friend got 3.  We are done with that   I helped move out a bunch.   The crew we had to help 10 years ago is gone.    Most of us that took a few have no interest.

In 2010 I shot a 202 lbs dressed bear and a six point buck.  The farmer sent another hunter out on a quad to drag them to my truck, took 10 minutes each and I bought the guy a 30 pack of beer!  I was 1000 yards back in a nasty swamp, best money I ever spent!
