cataract surgery Update

I need both eyes done. Anyone have it done is there any complications? Right is the worst and of course that is my dominate eye.  Going in on 19th right first 3 weeks later left eye. May have to go back and have something don. e to right eye retina. Sucks getting old.

I haven't had it done, but know 2 people who did, they had no problems, you have to use eye drops after operation to keep eyes lubricated, and stay away from people who smoke

A breeze.  20 minutes in and out and the results are immediate.  you will be amazed at the colors and brightness after.  don't cheap it out on the implant though.  That can make a difference in the long term comfort of your vision.  Make sure you tell the doc that you are a hunter and he/she can guide you from there.

I know 2 people at work that had. They said it was like getting new eyes. Zero complaints. Best of luck.

The first thing I told her that i was a bowhunter. Right eye dominate.

Everyone I know that's had it done were amazed at the improvement in vision.

I had both eyes done. The difference in my vision was almost instant. I had the cataracts removed and lens implants.

I have them i1 eye too.  Dr says no surgery needed yet but inevitable

I have a cataract in my left eye.  Same thing; ophthalmologist says no surgery need yet but inevitable.

I got my eyes checked last year and they said my right eye had a slight cataract and should be ok for my lifetime. One year later i am looking through a fishbowl. Both eyes.  I swear it was covid vaccine. I told doctor and they did not say no.

My father had both done.  Said nothing to it.  Said it was like being on an assembly line.  Don't know where he had it done.  Didn't need glasses after that and no problems with them into his 90's.  Don't worry over it and best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Had surgery this morning and all went well. Took 1 1/2 from sign in to sign out. 15 min surgery. Hopefully I will see better. Eye very blurry as of this writing.  Piece of cake really. Left eye in 2 weeks ,
