Octopus cooked properly. Casa Vasca in Newark does it pretty well in the North Jersey area.  
Followed by a reverse seared prime rib done on my pellet grill.

Solmar in Newark makes good Octopus. I’ll check out the Cass Vasca

Every year after hunting pa rifle opener, we eat charcoal grilled ribeyes & lobster tails. Great meal.

I agree on Casa Vasca!  I haven't been in there for years but their pulpo was the best!

I did just over 100 miles of the old pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela on foot nearly 30 years ago and I vividly remember how good the pulpo was in Galicia especially when washed down with ample quantities of Tinto joven.
