Oh man that's not looking good. For the deer that is.

Now THAT happened fast and at last light! 

Christopher and I heard deer coming behind us about 75 yards away in the dry leaves. No sooner I look out my blind window and see a deer near the corral fence. I whispered "deer, pineapple" and Christopher slowly took off the safety.

I was going to ask who did shots fired, atta boy Chris.

Two deer came into the field and Christopher whispered that he heard more coming behind him to his left..

When the bigger of the 2 does turned broadside, he squeezed and the woods exploded..

Found the illuminated bolt 10 yards past where the deer was standing coated in lung blood..

Christopher tracked and found his doe no more than 30 yards from the shot. The Hypodermic was devastating as always..

High fives and hugs were flying. What an awesome hunt tonight. 

I truly hope these times NEVER end.
