Picked Up SOCKS From Butcher

Got the call lastnight from Jimmy, and went early this morning to pick up. Got some regular cuts, as well as hot sticks, hot dogs, Italian sweet and hot sausage,  and kielbasa.....

Been wanting to go to him last deer I got cause all I heard was positive things.  The shop is immaculate,  extremely clean........will try the hot sticks later, everything was done professionally,  vacuum packed , and marked, all looks delicious

Jimmy is the best!  He is regularly inspected, hence the spotless shop.  A really good guy as well.  First met him while he was fishing on the Musky and accidentally scared the crap out of him when he hooked a big brown and didn't know I was on the bank behind him watching.  I said, "Nice one!" loud enough to almost make him drop it.  We laugh about that now.

Got a deer done by him last year he did such a great job. While it is a little further than where i normally go I will be using Jimmy only. he was great

I’ve had all his specialty meats and hot snack stix are the best. Can’t keep them around
