Any Fitness Goals for 2020?

Nice goals everyone.  Good luck to all of you. 

I want to spend more time on the bike this year.   I want to improve my yoga practice.  I want to improve my sleep and get more of it and have it be more restorative.  I would like to spend a little more time boxing again.  Not more than light sparring with anyone, but really just more padwork, more heavy bag work and just get back to moving the right way.  I've gotten too far away from it in the past few years
