Had deer around me 20 minutes before light. Then just had a huge buck bigger than 10pt i killef last year at 15 yds. He was over right shoulder and moving to my left. I was going to shoot him once he got to that side of tree. But 2 foxs got swuirrels scattering and it spooked him also. Oh well thats deer hunting. Still a great morning

Just had a 9pt a little to far for me to shoot. I keep everything under 30yds because i dont want to give away that cjallenge despite using crossbow. He was a mice shooter but pales in comparison to buck earlier this morning. They ae definitely on their feet

Late start for me. In tree by 7:30. Better mate than never. Kicked 3 doe. 4 point just came cruising by. I think the same boy I saw last night.

Worlds smallest spike just cruised by. 2" one side 1" other. Completely ignored Signal 11 Tramp Stamp. No reaction.  I don’t believe in estrous scents at all.  Snake oil but I try to keep open mind. He was two feet from it and downwind. Ha!

Was just watvhing a doe and fawn and then here comes fox mumber 3 this morning. Seems like all the critters are on the move this morning.

Lots of action this morning. Had the previous small buck chasing a doe. Later saw one of my target bucks trashing some brush but never came in.

Z48 sit turned into a bust . Came back to 17 to sit at home . Got in just before light . Just had a big 8 point blow the woods up behind me , couldn't get turned around in time .
