  1. I’ve never worn any rubber boots. My issue of feet sweating. If mine sweet with breathable booth I could only imagine what they would be like in rubber. Am I wrong? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I saw either a big six or small 8, couldn’t tell. 57 yards away. Around 4:15 saw tons of doe and the same small 4 harassing every doe around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. So I’ve been battling this for years. Reading. Researching. I have thin wool socks on now. Rubber boots with leather upper. Completely water proof. With 200g thinsulate removable liners. I walked 300 yards to my tree. Not through any water. Just wet grass. Use my Climber. After sitting for 15 minutes my feet are cold. Take my boots off. Because now I bring extra socks and boot liners. Socks are damp. Liners are wet. The inside of the runner of my boot is wet. Almost like condensation. I am sure it is also sweat. I’ve tried everything. Thick wool socks. Thin wool socks. Silk liners. Poly liners. Spray anti-persipirant, Feet warmers. And on and on. I need help. I’ll try anything. 4. Saw a bunch of doe all afternoon. Couple were hanging under me for awhile. Shows I’m doing good. A 4 point came crushing by late. Saw him this morning also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Late start for me. In tree by 7:30. Better mate than never. Kicked 3 doe. 4 point just came cruising by. I think the same boy I saw last night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I just got off work at 1:45. Pull into my farm. Owner stops me to tell me about a big buck she saw just 2 hours ago. I pull in and drive around a swamp to my right. I see a bunch of doe. Get my camo on and grab my bow. Slowly walking in. 4 doe run about 50 yards. I see the buck. He’s chasing a doe, HARD!!! He goes away from me about 100 yards away. So I walk around the opposite side of the swamp. The original 4 doe have strolled back toward me. I see the buck off in the distance, nose to the ground, running. He’s headed right for me. I nock my arrow and get on one knee. 4 Doe are coming walking right towards me from the right. Buck running toward me from the left. He gets 20 yards I stand up. He doesn’t slow down. I yell. He doesn’t even notice me. Not a happy ending. I never got a shot. But it was one of the coolest experiences in my short hunting career. Now I’m in my stand. About 200 yards opposite side of the property. Kicked up 3 more doe coming in here. Should be an exciting night [emoji1696] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Probably kids or a hunter. There’s a guy that hunts on the other side. But I doubt it’s him. We’ve always been friendly. Helping each other track game and such. Talking. Etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
