great mount looks awesome.  What do you do to the wood to go from river to house?  Just clean it up or some kind of coating?

When I found it floating in the river it weighed about 60-70 pounds.  Did nothing to it except wait for it to dry out and move it from one spot to another a thousand times.  Thought about de-bugging it just in case, but got lazy and said screw it.
