Looks good. 

I do something similar. 

I use a 9x11 casserole dish. Spray with a non stick spray. Place the fish in. I have some cut up presteamed veggies I throw on top. Broccoli,  scallions, squash, zucchini. I drizzle some green onion marinade on top. Cover with foil. 375 for 20 minutes. 

Can add whatever spices you want. Salt pepper , garlic, parmesan cheese.

All sounds good next time leave out the Olive oil and Coat the fish with Mayo. good 1/2 thick. then add your spices the mayo will melt leaving a coating the spices stick to I do it with Bluefish Fillets after removing the Dark blood areas
