A wise man once wrote "there is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."

Kneeling, standing, jumping and our opinions of those things are just opinions.  There is no wrong or right.  If a man wants to kneel, it is his right.  He may be misinformed or just an asshole.  He has the right to do whatever he pleases.  As an American, you have the right to boycott the NFL or to watch it.  You aren't right or wrong...you just are.  If we would all stop believing in our own bullshit and just seeing things for what they are, the world would be a far better place.  Hating kneelers won't make them change their minds.  It will just give them power over you.  They are controlling your emotions with their actions.  If you like football,  watch it.  If you don't approve of the actions of some of the players, then don't.   It doesn't matter.  Like I said, it is what it is

But really it’s not their right in this case. There is an actual written rule in the nfl rule book about conduct during the National Anthem. The nfl just doesn’t enforce it. It’s been in the rule book for many years.

Well...yes.  They are breaking an NFL rule by exercising their right as Americans.  Private companies do that all the time.  They make rules of employee conduct that go above and beyond the reach of society.   No facial hair.  No visible tattoos or piercings.  You get fired if you get a speeding ticket or get arrested.  The list goes on and on.

When are people going to realize that the players have the power. Without players you have NO league.

The power belongs to the fans. That's the only reason NFL allowed it to happen. They did it not to upset the vast majority of the America hating snowflakes, not the players. The same thing happen with Nike they hired the idiot to make money on their fans, not to accommodate the idiot

Base a glass baking pan with sour cream or cream cheese, pour venison chili over the top, add your choice in veggies (i usually go white onion, peppers, and olives), cover in cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Eat with tostitos. Absolutely love football and chili dip.

Fans cannot go see a football game with no players.

There are no owners, players or stadiums without fans. In regards to kneeling during the anthem, have at it, kneel away but at least have a just rationale for your protest. Perhaps if these " brave social warriors " were to take a knee, say in Chicago where senseless slaughter continues unabated, they just might garner some respect. But they chose to protest in the safe confines of a stadium surrounded by those they apparently loath and naturally under the protective and watchful eye of the very same brave men and woman they are protesting against.

Yury, WTH does gun violence have to do with this topic?  In addition, take your head out of your butt and face up to the fact that rates of gun violence are much higher in RED states than others. You like to use the violence in Chicago due to drug trafficking as a justification for a lot of things. Stop the political BS. https://247wallst.com/special-report/2018/02/20/states-with-the-most-gun-violence-2/2/

Don't post some fake story off some BS fucking liberal site here. Research some of those statistics before you post a link to some Mickey mouse site! 1ikfqd.jpeg
