I'm in, updated original post.  Not sure I liked how the Event played out in the calendar for the Christmas Dinner, so let's do this one here in the forum again and see if it's any easier.  Main issue is Jay or a mod will continually need to update the list OR each member will need to copy the latest list into their reply and add themselves after.
