LPJR Posted April 26, 2022 Author Share Posted April 26, 2022 Turkey cutlets/nuggets- Field to table... Made 1/2 the breast just now. Dipped the nuggets into eggs, milk and breaded them. Into a sizzling fry pan loaded with fresh garlic. Put the other piece/breast in the freezer for my cousin who has never had wild turkey. So good. Never, ever have taken any of the leg meat from any of my birds I have taken. Only reason is that the breasts from a big gobbler are so HUGE that I never thought to use any other part for cutlets.
