We need a fluke hatchery.  Stock the bays once they hit 17”. Hold back some “breeders” like we do with trout and release some bonus fish periodically

I have thought about this too and may have mentioned it on here in the past. It is certainly not an “off the rocker” idea. I think I referenced it in posts that supported a salt water license and funds can assist some type of breeding, hatchery, sanctuary, clean water program.   The amount of $ generated from a salt water license could definitely start a salt water hatchery program….at least that would force the state to be strict on water quality enforcement.
