Morning pruning.  Looking solid.  Everything is growing now.  Lemon cucumber, acorn squash, hybrid tomatoes, cantaloupe, banana peppers, watermelon, green bell peppers, jalapeños, strawberries and some young hens getting good and fat, aaaand more 1/2 sour pickles.  Pickled a batch of straighternecks too.

Slice them thin, put them in a glass with ice, little club soda and then a healthy portion of Vodka.  Best use for these cucumbers I’ve found so far 😎.

Saw these mutant tomatoes coming in a bit strange….guna go with the typical “due to COVID” excuse everyone uses nowadays unless someone else has a more scientific answer…

What variety is it I used to get that with Brandywine and beef steak and other hybrids.

I think they are something like that. My cousin started em from seed n I didn’t label em. I will have to ask her what she remembers

Garden is getting out of hand right now. More zucchini and cukes than I can handle. Garlic picked and drying. Decided to use the veggies to make yellow curry fish the other night. Was awesome.

Wow I thought I had a ton of cucumbers that's nuts. In getting some zucchini but not alot the plants are huge but not really producing. Here's yesterdays harvest

Put up 18 qts of dill pickles today. Cucumbers are doing good this year

Not getting any zucchini yet. Plants get too big and suck the life out of any that start to grow. Will get some later as the plant dies. Don't know what to do other than plant them in poorer soil someplace.

looks good guys. wish i had more room for a bigger garden. but yesterday i brought in a whole bowl of tomatoes and cucumbers. cucumbers are growing nicely.

Pumpins starting to take off. Few stalks of corn I transplanted from under the bird feeders are doing well in the mulch pile too
