Venison Lasagna for Dinner tonight Emmmmm Gooood !!

Wife made venison lasagna tonight for the 1st time and it was great with a little red wine.

Has anyone else tried it before and did you like it?

Haven’t done lasagna but I’ve done baked ziti with venison sausage and it was delicious.

I make it a couple times a year...lots of meat and cheese.

I'm Italian but for some reason, I am not crazy about the pasta dishes laden with ricotta and mozzarella. Stuffed shells, lasagna, ravioli, manicotti, etc. Can take or leave it. 

I'm sure your venison dish was great. 

I do make great Venison Meatballs though!

I make venison sausage with my ground meat only thing I add other than seasoning in the meat is some pork fat with all the ground meat.
