Frank's Deer Processing

Just dropped off the doe to Frankie in Sandyston. Lots of work has been done in the off season including a new shop he built for his taxidermy as well as additions to his cooler area. 

Always good to see him, all around great guy.

He's become a real good friend of mine.  That full-size bear on that limb is freakin awesome.  I'm gonna have him do one like that for me.  I need to get up there to pick up a batch of slim jims.

Whenever I hunt up north, which is a few times a year, and I get a deer.. it goes directly to Frank. He is just a down to earth, genuine guy. It's a little tricky finding his house in them backwoods tho lol.

Used Frankie quite a few times for butchering and custom stuff. Down to earth good guy.

love the huge buck over his butchering table, I thought it was from Canada.....but somewhat closer to home.....BERGEN COUNTY, it was a road kill on Rt 17 near Ramsey .....Yes he does the special stuff but he told me at the time he does after the season slows down or after the season, I brought him a deer last year in mid November......He's about 5 miles from where I hunt

Such a Great Guy, I use him for all of my Butchering and Taxidermy needs. Wish more people were like him.

Going to run some cuts to him tomorrow to have some of his awesome Teriyaki sticks made.

stop over at Hainsville General store for a apple crumb pie !!!  or Firehouse bagels for their great bagels (everything is my favorite)

everytime I head up I have to per my kids and wife get a dozen eveything bagels they are that good

Firehouse Bagel is the best, I love living 10 minutes from it haha. My wallet doesn't really like to live that close tho!
