I recommend a balanced diet with fish and venison as your primary sources of protein.  

Organic Eggs and whole grain toast for breakfast with grass fed butter. 

Grilled Chicken over salad for lunch. 

Venison, sweet potatos, and a healthy green for dinner .

Nothing spooks deer more than my stank…
