Favorite hunting binoculars

Ones I like best are no longer made .

Canon 8x32 waterproof.

like their ease of focus, they hang great , and throw back under my arm easily .

great visibility in low light

like them better than my Swarovski.

have a pair in each pack ,as well as the older set always in my truck.

would leave my bow home before going in the woods without them .

what are the new favorites out there  ?

I have a pair of Nikon Prostaff Binoculars 10x42. They have been pretty good for the money.

I like my bushnell fusion with rangefinder. Nice to have one item in the tree instead of two. I have the 10 x 42 but wish I would have got the 8 x 40. They are a little bulky sometimes

I love the Meopta 10x42. Great glass, under a $1000. 

I would like to pick up a nice pair of 8x32 for Whitetail hunting. 

The 10s are great but they are bigger and heavier

How are you carrying your binoculars when hunting? I don't like the ones that come from the factory.

I am a fan of my Steiner Predators. I like the eye cups they come with.

I use a neoprene strap, and carry them under my arm pit across my body.

just drop them and they go right back under my arm out of the way

I don't carry binos, if it's to far to shoot I don't want to see it

Good binoculars let you see even close deer that would sneak right past you .

it also allows you to judge what’s coming in much sooner .

Agree 100%.

I run a pair of Steiner Predator 8x32 on my Eastern hunts and switch to the Swarovski 10x42 for out West/Big Game hunts.  Can’t go wrong buying quality glass, your eyes will thank you later.

Whenever possible, I want to be able to look deer over before shooting.

Dont want to let a good one get by and definately dont want to make a mistake. 

Out west I can glass huge fields. 

When hunting with outfitters or new areas I always set myself up with a view. Usually on a week long hunt I can hopefully get dialed in by midweek and spend the rest of the time hunting where I need to be.
