Lots of action today..  seen an 8 I'm after twice once in morning andvthan 10 minutes ago b lining in direction a 5 point pushed  a doe..  spikes y n a small 6 point as well.

On stand, first sit of the year for me!  Bumped some does coming in but got on stand ok and see they bedded back down in the distance.

Doe first.... Finger was getting very itchy and she was a plump one . Have let dozens of deer walk since I doubled up opening morning . She was smart and I was very surprised she wound up presenting a shot. Took her over 20 minutes to walk the final 15 or 20 steps into my shooting lane.  Full story and pics to follow

Moved to zone two with my climber. Did you ever have a big buck walk by while trying to screw in bow hanger?  Damn hickory tree was giving me fits.  Yeah bow still on ground so I shot him with my phone!  LMAO.  Real nice 8 but hoping for something bigger. Need to get something on this LW hand climber to hold my Triax.

Then had 3 doe get chased by me - but by a bear.  Yelled at him to go back where he came from did not want him going into bedding area. Could not phase him he continued and chased the doe right into it. Bastard.  Then had a 5 point come out to corn field as well

Out in Z5 on the ground next to a swamp and a cow pasture. Small does being chased by a basket 8 @ 150 yds out.
