2023 NJW&W Flukeathon on Big Mohawk

Event details

Captain Greg Hueth reached out and asked if "we" would be interested again this year, so he could pencil us in. 
No money collected as of yet, but same as last year, we should limit it to 30 fares.   
August 9th is the date we are down for in his book.

Those chips were a bit spicy.  Would not call them “hot”. I mean maybe a bud light drinker might have a hard time with them but quite tasty with my Miller Lite

Is that paprika or old bay seasoning on top along with fresh parsley ? Looks amazing. I may do same tomorrow night.

Smoked Paprika, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. I will put a slice of butter thru the toothpick  and have it melt while it is cooking to a nice golden color.
