What TYPE of broadhead are you using for DEER?

  1. 1. Choose the TYPE (not brand) of head you currently hunt DEER with

    • 2 blade mechanical
    • 3 blade mechanical
    • 4 blade mechanical
    • Hybrid (fixed & mechanical)
    • 2 blade fixed (with or without bleeders, like magnus stinger, silver flame, etc)
    • 3 blade, COC fixed, self sharpen (like VPA, snuffer, montec)
    • 3 blade, COC fixed, replaceable blades (like G5 Striker)
    • 3 blade, chisel point, replaceable blades (like muzzy-3, thunderhead,etc)
    • 4 blade, COC fixed, replaceable blades (like vipertrick, magnus black hornet)
    • 4 blade, chisel point, replaceable blades (like slick trick, muzz-4)
    • Other (is there another besides "obsidian"?)

Let's see what types of BH"s you favor - what are you currently shooting... If you hunt with multiple weapons (trad, compound, x-bow) use multiple choice.

THIS IS NOT A DEBATE OF WHY YOUR BH IS SUPERIOR OR MECH VS FIXED, ETC.   Let the poll numbers play out...   We all know this is not a topic that can be debated. 

Let's see what NJ archers favor - because we all know, we are among the BEST bowhunters in the world :)

4 blade muzzy fan here. i have had great success with these broadheads. plus a pack will last me many seasons. 

i dont like mechanical because of two reasons. the most obvious is will it open if i happen to hit bone. and the other is they are "one and done". im pretty sure one of my muzzys have taken at least 3 or 4 deer.
