Well... my daughter is only 2 months so I want it to speed up already so I can take her lol.

I have so many countless wonderful memories of being in the woods with my family at a very young age. Here's a few pics from my childhood. I'm the shortest one.. lol20180712_012210.jpeg20180712_012528.jpeg

I was fortunate to have a brother 10 years younger than me who I helped my dad mold into quite the hunter. He grew up fast!! (That's me on the tailgate with my first deer. Dont jude the haircut, it was in at the time lol)

We owe it all to our dad for involving us at a young age. I know so many guys with kids and they wont bring them in the woods because they are so worried about the hunt being ruined. Hunting is so much more than that. My family is always giving up hunts to sit together in the same tree and enjoying each others company. Usually goofing off making memories 20180712_012659.jpeg20180712_012922.jpeg20180712_012841.jpeg20180712_012906.jpeg20180712_012607.jpeg20180712_012417.jpeg20180712_012459.jpeg20180712_012238.jpeg20180712_012810.jpeg20180712_012048.jpegScreenshot_20180712-013902_Messages.jpeg

I've been taking my son fishing and small game hunting since he was 2 1/2, then this past year I started trapping and he would go check traps with me most of the time ...my daughter who is 7 months old  just had he first fishing trip last week.... definitely alot of fun and I enjoy the time out with them..plus it helps when you have a wife that's into the outdoors too so it's easy to round everyone up and go do some hunting or fishing...

Many of the happiest moments in my life were spent hunting and fishing with my dad and sometimes other family members as well.  What I'd give for one more day in the woods with him...

My daughter is almost 4 and already loves shooting her bows and being in the woods with us.  I can't wait to get her out hunting with me to get some "yummy yummy deer meat" as she calls it.
