Prime Rib Is On!

Two 7.5 pounders are on the Big Green Egg this afternoon. Marinated in yellow mustard and rubbed with Traeger Prime Rib Rub. Will smoke for 1 hour 50 minutes at 300 degrees then take off and rest for 20. Will bring the Egg to 500 then sear and crust for 2 minutes. Yum!
