It was a joke, but not really. 
since we were just talking about cholesterol, it is inflammation which causes atherosclerosis . Grain causes inflammation in your body. So it isn’t the eggs you are avoiding but grain you are consuming, and that goes for not only oatmeal but bread, pasta, cakes, cookies etc. 

but don’t believe me., go back and read what NOTR posted. It’s a hard read but an eye opener, it may change your life

Sipping on whiskey is less problematic than drinking good beer. Good beer is high in carbohydrates and carbs will raise your triglycerides. High triglycerides are sure way to atherosclerosis. Consequently as I love beer I no longer drink any.

Lamb chops, Porkchop’s, pork shoulder, elk, venison, clams, oysters, cod, fluke, salmon and shrimp. Are you sure I’m not eating fun food?

All that aside ... I eat them because they because they are just insanely good no matter which way you make em !

How many are you up to?  We have 12 and are starting to get more eggs the past couple weeks.  5 birds and less than a year so really putting out. My others are about 4 years old but still holding their own.  Debating adding a few more this summer.

I started with 4. I rescued the rest from people who couldn't take care of them anymore.  Including 9 from an apartment in the Bronx. Not kidding.  Up to 27. No roosters.  Getting 12 eggs a day now. Starting to ramp up.

Do them all ourselves . Super easy .

actually made 2 new styles yesterday .

one is a dilled  pickled eggs , and another called golden eggs . So can mix it up a little
