Nice!  My parents always made them.  I do from time to time, but definitely not enough.   They're delicious

Steam them instead of boiling them .

and eggs that are a few days to a week old always peel easier than fresh eggs .

I’d be interested in a fool proof way for fresh eggs to boil. If I want hard boiled I have to buy eggs. Never had any luck boiling any of my own eggs from the chickens.

Let them sit a week , then steam them
