Everyone loading up. I got two dry aging now gonna pick up two more before weeks end

Still have some left vac packed.  Picked only 1 up to use the fat for deer burgers , cut the ribs off for lunch on the grill and sliced the rest on the slicer for cheese steak sandwiches.

I have another 45 or 50 days before they’ll be ready to cut. Then I will get six roast and twenty four steaks from four whole 7 ribs

I got a 7 rib at ShopRite last Friday. Got a 4 Rib at Acme a week before.

Don’t know how you can wait that long lol. I will have eaten the whole lot by 45 days 

had a steak tonight , just lightly seasoned  6 and 6 on the grill at 400 ;

was awesome

There is a limit of one on the additional $2 digital coupon. There is no limit on the $4 price plus card discount.
