I have to replace the ejector on an older Marlin lever gun. I don't think it's too difficult. Was it an easy exchange ?

It's pretty easy to change the ejector.

Cock the hammer, partially open the lever, remove the lever screw and the lever.

The bolt will pull straight back and out.  The ejector has a nub that sits in an opening in the side of the receiver. Nothing else holds it in.

Finally received the leather goods from Alaska. The sling and butt cuff are monogramed with my initials.
