Greasy foods isn’t what causes motion sickness .

motion sickness is caused by fluid in your inner ear .

once your body starts to feel ill from fighting the swells , the mind takes over and chumming soon after .

Yes!   He hooked a fluke, dropped his rod in the water, lunged to get it, MAN OVERBOARD!    He got the rod before it sank, handed to you and I pulled him in the boat.  He landed the fluke, then he puked on puke rock (for the second time after it was already named after him the year prior when he caught a nice 24-25" fluke and then proceeded to puke. )

He is my neighbor, cousin-in-law, and  shad tournament partner and has never gotten sick on the Delaware.  He is a good sport he is the type that knows not to fight it and just get it over with and then cracks a beer an hour later and fishes all day.

I've seen more people get sick on the slow roll than rough choppy days.
