Looking at poll results, times of year, location, logistics, etc... I have spoken with Captain Greg Hueth today and he is holding Wednesday, August 3rd for us. They are not going to charter on weekends and likes to keep it to just a few charters a month. I would owe him $1,000 and confirmation by next weekend to lock it up. Cost will be $3,000 for the boat - 30 man is ideal for this boat, but could go more but it's a good number to shoot for. Target for this excursion is 30 people, $120 a person would cover tip for mates ($100 plus 20% tip). Figure an additional $10-20 a person for "The Pool" but @OMC is not allowed to enter. If we only get 20-25 cost is still $3,000 for the boat for the day, so cost per person goes up. For each person over 30 people, additional $100 a person. I need commitments ASAP!
