Sign of the times. Nothing surprises me anymore with the way this country is going for a few while the rest are left to fend for themselves. All of the crime is up from robberies to shoplifting right along with homicide rates.

Actually you can no longer dispose of carcasses in the woods unless private property with consent of owner

For the regular season yes just not within 300 ft of it if elevated,  if hunting under the permit season it is prohinited

Yes during tge general seasons can not be within 300 ft if elevated.  If hunting under the permit provisions bait is prohibited entirley
